Graduate of the Commodity Science program at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Cracow University of Economics (formerly the Cracow Academy of Economics).

Doctor Habilitated in Economic Sciences in the field of Commodity Science, obtained at the Poznań University of Economics.

Her scientific and research achievements include over 250 publications.

• Comparison of process speeds.
• Chemical kinetics.
• Evaluation of the stability of edible fats.
• Quality analysis of food products.
• Hazards in food.
