Professor of University and Head of the Department of Process Management. Research interests include human resource management, contemporary management concepts, and business process management.

Member of national and international scientific colleges, including the Committee of Organisation and Management Sciences of the Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow, Academy of Management.

In his scientific and research work, he closely cooperates with business practice, being a member of expert teams providing consulting and training services (both in business organisations and public institutions), in particular in the field of: designing remuneration and bonus systems, staffing, employee evaluation systems, identification, modelling, and improvement of business processes.
