dr hab. Wiesław Łukasiński, prof. UEK

He has been an employee of the Department of Process Management at the Cracow University of Economics since the beginning of its existence.
He completed a five-year Master’s degree in Management and Marketing in 2003, Postgraduate Studies in Mathematics in 2004, and Postgraduate Technical Studies in 2005. In 2007, he completed doctoral studies in economic sciences at the Faculty of Management of the Cracow University of Economics. He obtained his PhD in economic sciences in September 2007 and his postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in economic sciences in 2016.
His research interests focus on the process of organizational management, particularly in the areas of:

• competence management within organizations,
• human resource management,
• quality management, including self-assessment,
• management concepts and methods.
