Her research interests are related to human capital, particularly the potential of neurodiversity in organizational management, social innovations in the area of neurodiversity, and the cultural determinants of organizational functioning.

In the area of teaching, she focuses on topics such as business negotiations, determinants of purchasing decisions, merchandising, and the marketing activities of enterprises.

She collaborates with the business sector as a member of expert teams.
