Specialist in management, corporate finance and business psychology. Also developing into personality psychology. Associated with IT, wine, art and the third sector. Board member of the Vitellonis Foundation. Researcher on the cultural sector and business organisations. Specialises in qualitative and mixed methods research.

Her research interests include: systemic approaches to organisations; production process management; product innovation; organisational games; business strategy; economic and financial conditions of business activity; leadership concepts; psychological and ethical aspects of human functioning in organisations. She is also developing the issue of management in culture.

Recently, she has been developing her research in two areas: theatre management (focusing on the competence perspective of management processes of theatres with different forms of ownership) and management of implementation processes of new generation technologies. The result of combining these interests is a research project: “Management of contemporary theatre in conditions of progressive technological change with an international perspective”.

Member of expert teams for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in business processes. Specialises mainly in AI models using behavioural data.

Cooperates with foreign organisations and research centres (e.g. in Italy, Croatia, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and the USA). She is the initiator and coordinator of the scientific cooperation agreement between UEK and EFOS in Croatia.
