Dr Eng. Lidia Ostasz, Professor at Cracow University of Economics

Graduate of the Commodity Science program at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Cracow University of Economics (formerly the Cracow Academy of Economics).

Doctor of Economic Sciences in the field of Commodity Science, obtained at the Cracow University of Economics.

Her scientific and research achievements include over 150 publications.

  • Food quality, edible fats – methods of research and assessment of quality changes.
  • Evaluation of the stability of edible fats.
  • Dynamics of food quality changes.
