The Department of Quality Management is part of the College of Management and Quality Sciences at the Cracow University of Economics.
It is located on the first floor of the “Ustronie” building on the UEK campus at 27 Rakowicka Street.

The department’s staff consists of experts with extensive experience in quality management systems and project management.

The Department of Quality Management maintains numerous collaborations with business organizations and research institutions in Poland and worldwide.

The department conducts research on management systems, service quality in tourism and hospitality, quality costs, customer satisfaction measurement, and decision-support tools. Within these areas, both national and international research grants and projects have been carried out and continue to be developed.

The Department of Quality Management is a full member of the POLISH FORUM ISO 9000 Club (membership number 339). It is one of the leading institutions in Poland in the field of quality management, particularly in quality management system certification in accordance with the latest version of ISO 9001 standards.
