Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, employed there since 2002. In 2010, he obtained a PhD in economic sciences based on his doctoral dissertation entitled “Employees’ Awareness of Food Production Safety and Hygiene and Customer Satisfaction in the Enterprise.” He is currently an assistant professor at the Cracow University of Economics.
