Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (AE), majoring in Commodity Science, and postgraduate studies in Electronics at the AGH University of Science and Technology, majoring in Computer Science and Management.

PhD in the field of Commodity Science; 12.07.2007, Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Commodity Science.

Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with the Department of Food Product Quality at the Cracow University of Economics (UEK) and the Polish Society of Commodity Science (PTT), where she was honored with the Silver Badge for significant contributions to the development of PTT.

PTT Expert in the field of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and fruit and vegetable products.

Subject matter expert in food product quality and labeling, new generation nicotine products, and energy supplements.

Author and co-author of 87 scientific papers in the field of food quality sciences.

Participant in 30 national and international conferences and symposia.
