A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (UEK), majoring in Commodity Science, and Jagiellonian University, majoring in Public Administration Management. She also defended her doctoral thesis titled “Determinants of Sheep Milk Quality” at UEK. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with the Department of Food Product Quality at UEK and the Polish Commodity Science Society. In her scientific and teaching work, she focuses on the practical aspects of utilizing the acquired knowledge.
