Extensive experience in conducting scientific research in the areas of consumer trends and preferences analysis, food product quality and improvement, forecasting the development of the food industry, and risk analysis in the development of new products. Author of over 100 scientific publications. Certified academic tutor, consultant, collaborator of the Copernicus Science Centre, and training and advisory units, including J.S. Hamilton.
Participant in numerous domestic and international scientific research and teaching internships, as well as professional courses and training programs. Project manager and performer of scientific research projects funded by NCN (National Science Center) and Norwegian Funds, expert evaluator of proposals in the COST program – European Cooperation in Science & Technology.
