Since October 2020 – thematic editor in the journal Zeszyty Naukowe Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie. Editor of the Special Issue “Bioactive Compounds from Functional Foods” in the journal Molecules. Author and co-author of 67 scientific papers in the field of food quality sciences. Author of 134 peer reviews of scientific papers for renowned international journals. Participant in 20 scientific conferences and symposia, both national and international. Supervisor of 1 completed doctoral dissertation. Reviewer for 4 completed doctoral dissertations and author of 1 review of scientific achievements for the position of associate professor.
