Research interests focus on packaging issues approached from managerial and quality perspectives, with particular emphasis on sustainable development. The conducted research places strong emphasis on topics related to sustainable packaging, ecodesign, and the transformation of packaging systems toward a circular economy (CE).
Another important research area is the role of packaging as an information carrier and a tool of market communication, including analyses of the quality of corporate communication—especially in the FMCG sector—in the context of the increasing level of so-called consumer green intelligence.
Ongoing research also encompasses material and technological innovations in packaging, as well as interdisciplinary analyses of consumer behaviour in the context of sustainable consumption and development.
