Professor in the Department of Packaging and Logistics Processes, Institute of Quality Sciences and Product Management, College of Management and Quality Sciences. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Hab. Eng. Ewelina Jamróz holds a research position at the University of Agriculture and the Cracow University of Economics.

She is the author of over 60 scientific publications listed in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and the manager and executor of numerous research projects.

Prof. Dr. Hab. Eng. Ewelina Jamróz works on active (extending the freshness of food products) and intelligent (monitoring the condition of packaged food) packaging based on furcelleran. Additionally, in designing such packaging, she utilizes post-production waste from the food industry, which contributes to reducing food waste. Published and patented results indicate a high application potential of the presented achievement.
